We are following the guidelines of the Centers for Disease Control to ensure we keep everyone safe. We understand that family turmoil can occur at any time and we remain committed to providing you the same level of compassionate and thorough representation as always.

FOR IN-PERSON AND VIRTUAL SERVICES.
The courts are open for remote hearings and we have and continue to work on client cases remotely for all of the services we provide clients including but not limited to consultations, ongoing attorney meetings, document gathering, settlement negotiations, mediation, court hearings and final trials.
At this time we continue to work remotely unless we have a scheduled appointment in our office. We continue to offer our family law services remotely to anyone who prefers not to meet in person. For anyone who chooses to meet in person, we will be carrying out the following social distance procedures for the safety of your family and ours:
– Meetings are scheduled by appointment only. We will meet you at the front door on the Rawlins Street side of the building since the building is card-access only for the foreseeable future.
– No additional guests may accompany you to the meeting.
-Providing you with hand sanitizer. We kindly request that you wear a face mask to the meeting.
-Conference room and/or office chairs will be placed to allow for 6ft of space between each person.
-Office doorknobs, surfaces and shared equipment will be sanitized before and after each meeting.
– If at any time after scheduling the meeting, you become sick or you believe you have been exposed to a person sick with a contagious illness, please reschedule the appointment to take place by video conference.
